Let's talk anxiety

Let's talk anxiety. First, I want to give a shoutout to all of the badass women out there who struggle with anxiety and choose to continue moving forward in life.

Shoutout to all of the women who have ever felt trapped inside their own body, so badly wanting to break free from all the noise going on inside their head.

Shoutout to all of the fearless women who continue to wake up every morning, perform well at work, have a good social life and seem to have it all together on the outside, all while feeling so disconnected from the world on the inside - wondering how much longer you can keep this up before you crack.

If this sounds like you ➝ know that life does not have to be like this ➝ you DO NOT have to go through life living in a constant state of anxiety and discomfort. You may feel weak and helpless, but know that YOU are a warrior and YOU are more strong than you know.

YOU have so much potential energy in you waiting to be released out into the world. Anxiety is just that. Energy. Once you acknowledge that all of the energy that's constantly fueling your anxiety is actually capable of being released in different ways - that you can choose to channel that energy in ways that build you up rather than destroy you - everything shifts.

That's when you shift from a state of Shame/Frustration/Unworthiness ("I hate this. I can't do this anymore.") to a state of Curiosity/Trust/Empowerment ("I acknowledge this anxious energy exists AND I wonder how I can redirect this energy in ways that will positively serve me.")

I invite you to redirect your energy today. Play around with it. Have fun with it!

My favorite way to shift any anxious energy? Working out, laughing my booty off with friends, and surrounding myself with other badass women. When you combine all 3, THIS is what happens:

*How will you choose to redirect your energy in a way that will better serve you today?* Let me know what comes up for you in the comments below 💛
